This dismantling checklist helps warehouse teams break down new stock items to harvest parts when inventory is unavailable. Capture document details, stock source, date, SKU and batch numbers, and quantities transferred. List chair components such as seat back, seat pad, left and right arms, U frame, recliner handle, spindle, base or legs, and fixing packs. Track electrical items including handset, transformer, motor, mains plug, extension cable, and control box. Include footstool parts if applicable. Record damages, add photos, and complete with name, signature, and date to return components to stock.
