Form audit internal GMP Sack 1 untuk pabrik Detpak Indonesia. Checklist ini membantu auditor menilai kondisi lingkungan kerja, bangunan, dan aspek keamanan pangan. Poin penilaian mencakup penempatan barang dan alat, kondisi fasilitas, pelabelan wadah cairan/oli, kebersihan area, efektivitas pest control, dan kepatuhan aspek keselamatan. Termasuk kebijakan cutter single blade, perlindungan bahan baku dan WIP dari kontaminasi, larangan perbaikan sementara, higiene personal seperti hairnet dan seragam, kebijakan material kaca/rapuh, kebijakan minum/makan di area produksi, larangan barang pribadi, kebijakan material kayu dan kondisi pallet, serta penanganan logo/produk pelanggan. Disertai bagian tanda tangan untuk verifikasi audit.
