This Daily Walkabout checklist helps hygiene teams in food production sites inspect raw material warehouses, LEV areas and fridges, dispensaries, sponge and ice rooms, tub wash, corridors, mixing and silos, provers and ovens, flow-wrap and wrapping lines, bag stores, staff amenities, and external areas. Verify cleanliness, PPE and color coding compliance, allergen controls, equipment condition and build-up, spill management, pest activity, waste segregation, labeling, and humidity issues to reduce food safety risks.
