Use this cold room inspection checklist to assess the condition and performance of refrigeration rooms. Record site details, equipment brand, and room dimensions, then examine insulation, piping, compressor, crankcase heater, condenser and extractor fans, evaporator or blower fans, thermostat and control circuitry, and the expansion valve.
