This BSCI audit checklist helps assess an organization’s social compliance across factory operations. It covers wages and benefits, overtime, timecards and payslips, grievance handling, and worker welfare funds. Auditors can verify HIRA, emergency preparedness, OHS training, PPE, firefighting and first aid readiness, and competency certificates. The template includes sections for licenses and permits (factory, fire, boiler, trade), building and layout approvals, insurance, and energy or environmental certifications. Environmental controls such as water, wastewater, air emissions, noise, lighting, and temperature testing are included, along with chemical inventories and MSDS.
