Use this end of day and weekly cleaning checklist to maintain a hygienic powder room in a food manufacturing environment. Follow SOP steps to dry and wet clean equipment including grinder, ribbon blender, screw conveyors, hoppers, dispensers, sealer, date coder, rotary table, and racks. Inspect for damage or chipped parts, sanitize tools and buckets, vacuum non product surfaces, squeegee to speed drying, and run sugar to flush the system. Empty all waste bins, keep floors clear, store tools and chemicals correctly, record who completed cleaning, and confirm forms and PPE handling for QA compliance.
