Use this ACSC Repack Assessment checklist to evaluate and improve repack operations in a manufacturing environment. Validate repack readiness, confirm packing standards, and ensure careful handling of harnesses and finished goods. Check label control and barcode scanning at the workstation, enforce segregation of raw and finished parts, and maintain one-piece flow with Stop, Call, Wait for issues. Perform partial verification and supervisor sign-off on remaining parts. Review safety practices including proper use of hand trucks, fork tip positioning, stacking, workstation organization, pallet placement, and avoiding unsafe behaviors such as stepping on pallets or pushing containers by hand.
