This Sub Contractor Audit checklist helps construction teams assess subcontractor compliance and site safety. It covers site details and PSCS responsibilities, welfare facilities, traffic and pedestrian management, housekeeping, access and egress, and weekly inspection records GA3 and GA2. Verify equipment condition, control slip and trip hazards, confirm sign up to safety and method statements, and enforce mandatory and task specific PPE. Check RAMS compliance, working at heights controls and equipment, toolbox talks, manual handling, training certificates, and plant and machinery use. Review load limits, chemical storage and bunding, dust control, and record observations.
