This start up guide for the 350R2 blow molding machine outlines key steps to restart production safely and consistently. Clear all HMI alarms, warm hydraulic power to 80–100 degrees, and cycle swing arms 3–5 times. Ensure the cooling bed and trimmer are set to Automatic and running. Start the extruder and confirm even parisons from all heads. Begin the cycle, remove initial purge from the cooling bed, and adjust tail lengths using the Charge button so swing arm fingers can grip properly. Check for misaligned bottles, clear the cooling bed, and direct scrap to regrind as needed. Run several shots through the trimmer, then continue monitoring tail lengths, bottle drops, cooling bed flow, and trimming performance before moving to the next task.
