This Tesco Server Survey checklist helps retail IT teams assess store server cabinets and infrastructure. Record cabinet dimensions and rack space in the MDF, front and rear mounting profiles, clearances, and power sources. Capture needs for additional PDUs and data points, and note temporary relocation steps if required. Document switch configurations, free ports, availability of ports 37–43, and any 10G stacking modules. Identify redundant equipment and cables to remove. Verify UPS presence, model, and status for cabinet and GHS/department servers. Include counter areas (deli, grab n go, hot deli, bakery, fish) and finalize with photos and engineer sign-off.
