Assess UPS status by recording voltages, frequency, active load, battery voltages, and performing load tests, while ensuring airflow, terminals, and dust control. Inspect PDU inputs and outputs for A and B feeds and note any alarms. Check fire suppression pressure and alarm contacts. Service cooling units by confirming set-points, cleaning filters, fans, drip trays, and drains, and checking for rust. Validate access control components such as magnetic locks, biometric readers, LEDs, and controller batteries. Complete sign-off with comments and supporting photos.
