This checklist supports Digital Space engineers deploying SD-WAN v7 across JDW venues. It covers pre- and post-install photo capture, hardware labeling, and confirmation of remote access. Critical UAT validates card payments on tills, customer app orders, back office web and email access, and kitchen and bar screen functionality. Non-critical UAT checks WISDOM, Aztec, APOS, and other back office apps, plus DMLB and training tablets. Hotel workflows include Rezlynx and booking.com access. Printing tests and receipt output are verified before final manager sign-off.
