This zipline safety officers checklist supports twice-daily inspections at 3pm and 8pm to keep attractions safe and operational. Inspect critical components including up stop, road, and guide wheels, roller glider remotes and throttles, harness adjustment, net bolts, seat harness and carabiners, all connections, battery voltage meter, ignition keys, buckles and fasteners, soft tubular webbing, LED lights, start and on/off buttons, USB port, and slings. This zipline daily checklist supports safe, efficient attraction operations from opening to close. It covers maintenance handover, test cycles, PPE readiness for harnesses, helmets, and lanyards, radio checks, availability of evacuation equipment, overhead lighting, and first aid and fire equipment. It includes cleaning standards, storage and hair net stock, height and weight controls, scanner and scale checks, trolley remotes and batteries, guest queue setup, station signage, and litter removal. Closing tasks include supervisor handover, power-down, refilling first aid kits, securing keys and carabiner pins, returning radios and devices, arranging queues for the next day, re-checking doors, and capturing operator and supervisor signatures.
