This WHS inspection checklist is designed for food and beverage operations across hotels, restaurants, bars, banqueting and kitchen service areas. It guides routine audits of slips, trips and falls, housekeeping and lighting, fire safety equipment and evacuation diagrams, exit access, sprinkler and duct cleanliness, and staff emergency awareness. Electrical safety includes test and tag, cords, safety switches and isolation. It covers machinery guarding, emergency stops and walk in fridge alarms. Hazardous substances checks include SDS currency, storage, labelling and PPE. It also reviews ergonomics, ladder and heights safety, manual handling controls, visitor management, key security and first aid readiness, with sign off by department and WHS representatives.
