SCL Audit: Food Hygiene and Safety Checklist

This SCL Audit checklist helps food service and hospitality teams evaluate food hygiene and health and safety across the site. It covers temperature management, contamination control, personal hygiene, stock rotation, allergen controls, structural and equipment cleanliness, pest control, HACCP and other records, cleaning and inspection logs, and team training. It also reviews public area safety including slips and trips, electrical and fire safety, equipment use, first aid, manual handling, hazardous substances, PPE, signage, and maintenance. Use it to identify non conformances, address brand risk, and maintain compliance.
