This refresher training is an overview of responsible alcohol service in Queensland, covering key areas such as harm minimisation, server responsibilities, and guidelines for refusing alcohol service to intoxicated or underage customers. By the end of this course, participants will be familiar with Queensland liquor laws and the importance of harm minimisation strategies. Participants will understand how to identify signs of intoxication and how to properly refuse service, as well as the legal requirements for preventing alcohol sales to minors.
