Renovation Site Walk Checklist (Hilton FRCM)
by George Rutledge, from the Community
This Hilton FRCM renovation site walk checklist helps hotel teams plan and verify property upgrades across public areas and guestrooms. It covers lobby and market/retail zones; public restrooms; food and beverage facilities; fitness and recreation; corridors, vending, guest laundry; elevator lobbies and cabs; interior signage; meeting rooms, boardroom, and business center; and guest rooms and bathrooms. Items include carpet and base, wall finishes and paint, window treatments, plug-in lighting, upholstered furniture and casegoods refinishing, millwork, televisions, flooring, appliances, artwork, mirrors, headboards and soft goods. It also tracks brand program elements such as lobby feature walls, modular retail fixtures, and updated front-desk graphics, notes QA condition grades, and flags areas not addressed (back of house, stairwells, pool) with replacement cycles for TVs, fitness equipment, and mattresses.
