This QHOD hotel room checklist helps staff inspect guest rooms thoroughly before arrival. It guides checks at the entrance, including access, first impressions, fire safety and signage. In the entry and wardrobe it verifies hangers, laundry bag, safe, spare pillows and extra amenities for privilege or executive rooms. In room checks confirm thermostat settings, lighting, furniture condition, minibar stock and pricing, tea and coffee setup, documentation folder, curtains, windows, bedding, bedside stationery and housekeeping name, and phone condition. VIP setup and welcome letter can be confirmed when applicable. Bathroom checks cover odour, doors and surfaces, toiletries and vanity items, hair dryer, mirrors, lighting, bin, basin and drains, shower or bath condition, tiles and silicone, fixtures and rails, glass panels or doors, toilet condition, hygiene bag and toilet paper, towels and bath mat, and Planet 21 towel card.
