Cafe Hazard Identification Checklist

This cafe hazard identification checklist helps teams proactively find and control risks across food service operations. It covers floors, doors, ceilings and walls, lighting and electrical safety, ventilation and exhaust, utensils and kitchen equipment, fridges and cool rooms, chemical labeling and SDS access, safe storage and shelving, and emergency procedures including fire equipment, evacuation and first aid. Dedicated food safety checks include hygiene, handwashing, allergen awareness, temperatures and stock control. Includes indoor and outdoor dining areas and an HSO sign off.
