This F&B retail inspection template helps restaurants and food outlets assess hygiene, pest risks, proofing needs, and operational controls. Review pest activity (cockroaches, rodents, ants, flies, termites) across kitchen, counters, dining, storage, restrooms, party halls, and exterior. Check hygiene and waste management practices, including sealed garbage and cleaning around beverage machines. Inspect proofing for gaps and cracks around ceilings, pipes, doors, windows, tiles, and sockets. Verify operational controls such as covered drainage, functioning air curtains, properly installed EFK units, and AC performance.
