Use this FAB HDS Press Brake maintenance checklist to standardize daily and periodic care of your press brake. Capture site, date, inspector, and a workspace photo. Apply simple scoring (1-Complete, 2-Incomplete) to verify tasks: wipe down the press after each shift, blow off the top monthly, clean the bed weekly with a stone, grease internal fittings and wheels, and store dies and punches in tool cabinets (never leave tooling on the bed). This helps improve equipment reliability, safety, and housekeeping in metal fabrication operations.
