This event risk assessment template helps organizers identify hazards and evaluate risks across event environments. It covers common hazards such as access and egress, electricity, fire, flammable materials, food hygiene, manual handling, working at height, noise, slips and trips, transport, weather, and public disorder. Users can note existing controls, determine likelihood and severity, and classify risk levels using a clear matrix. The template includes sections for affected groups (staff, contractors, children, members of the public, and others), as well as an action plan to assign responsible persons and target dates. It concludes with manager and health and safety reviews, sign-off, and distribution of significant findings.
