Deze checklist helpt toezichthouders en ondernemers in horecabedrijven en slijterijen om te toetsen of de inrichting voldoet aan de Drank- en Horecawet. Controleer per lokaliteit oppervlakte en hoogte, mechanische ventilatie, veilige elektriciteitsvoorziening, beschikbaarheid van drinkwater en een publiekstelefoon. Beoordeel toiletten op aantal, scheiding, afsluitbaarheid, spoeling en handenwasvoorzieningen, evenals directe portaaltoegang. Registreer leeftijdsgrenzen bij de toegang en leg eventuele tekortkomingen en opmerkingen vast. Sluit af met een beoordeling of de inrichting aan alle wettelijke eisen voldoet.
