Use this weekly food services safety inspection checklist to standardize audits across cafeterias and snack bars. Verify cold storage temperatures, labeling, hygiene, hair restraints, and dishwashing practices. Check food contact surfaces, sanitizing rinse temperatures, wiping cloth storage, water supply, restroom hygiene, pest control, ventilation, and waste management. Document deficiencies that cannot be corrected and submit work orders as needed, then return completed checklists to the Safety Officer.
