Restaurant Late Night DM Visit Checklist

Use this late night district manager visit checklist to evaluate quick service restaurant performance after hours. Assess drive-thru timing, suggestive selling, friendliness, uniforms, order accuracy, bagging, and receipt handling. Verify cleanliness of parking lot, menu boards, and lighting, and confirm late night menus are displayed. Inspect safety and security controls including locked entry doors, functioning drive-thru windows, drop boxes, back door monitor, safe security, and camera coverage. Check floors for slip hazards and ensure fast, accurate service with proper procedures.
