Streamline cafe closure or reopening with this HVAC review scope and checklist. Capture layout drawings, label AC cassettes and ducted vents, identify condensers and AHUs with gas type and model, and assess whether airflow spills into the salesfloor. Mark temp sensor locations and record readings, canopy and extract systems, fan locations, ceiling heights, emergency lighting, feature lighting, and windows. Document hot water services, islands with power, water and drainage, gas appliances and pipe routes, distribution boards and capacity, smoke heads, BGUs and sounders, doors and fire escapes, and nearby refrigeration. Use photos and measurements to complete a clear, auditable plan.
