Buffalo and Rye Nightly Closing Checklist

This nightly closing checklist helps Buffalo and Rye managers shut down the restaurant efficiently and consistently. It covers front of house floors and tables, polishing cutlery, wiping menus, resetting tables, and cleaning trays. In the kitchen it verifies surface and floor cleanliness, waste removal, dishwasher drain and clean, appliance shutdown, correct food storage and labeling, fridge and seal cleaning, wall cleaning, and securing the back door. The bar section includes cleaning all surfaces and equipment, replenishing straws and napkins, stocking fridges, covering open bottles and fruits, cleaning smoker, coffee and milkshake machines, draining the glasswash, and taking out and rebagging bins.
