by Ben Theisen, from the Community
This RBT Competency Assessment supports direct observation of Registered Behavior Technician skills in applied behavior analysis. It guides supervisors to evaluate core competencies across measurement, assessment, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, documentation and reporting, and professional conduct. The checklist outlines tasks such as continuous and discontinuous measurement, preference assessments, discrete trial and naturalistic teaching, chaining, discrimination training, stimulus control transfer, prompt fading, antecedent interventions, differential reinforcement, extinction, and crisis procedures. Includes signature fields for assessor and technician. Provided by TrainABA for educational use and not created or maintained by the BACB.
