This MPI internal audit checklist supports CT scanner laboratory compliance and biosecurity. It covers lab fit-out and hygiene (surfaces, decontamination, first aid kits, expiry checks, evidence of food or vermin), signage and waste stream identification, paperwork and permits, approvals and movement requests, records of transfers and MPI notifications, availability and sign-off of the current manual, version control for procedures, outstanding corrective actions, and staff training (inductions and refreshers). It also prompts review of containment breaches since the last audit and provides sign-off sections for DFO, Lab Manager, and Team Leader.
