Voer gerichte observaties uit van handhygiëne volgens de vijf momenten en signaleer handschoenmisbruik met deze praktische audittemplate. Leg datum, afdeling en observator vast, beoordeel momenten voor en na patiëntcontact, bij aseptische handelingen en na blootstelling aan lichaamsvloeistoffen. Registreer handschoengebruik, inclusief fouten zoals te laat wisselen, gebruik buiten de patiëntenomgeving of bij uitsluitend huidcontact. Noteer acties en verbetermaatregelen om naleving en infectiepreventie in zorgomgevingen structureel te verhogen.
