First Aid Kit and Defibrillator Contents Check
by Ross Gibson, from the Community
This practical checklist helps teams audit first aid kits and on-site AEDs to ensure readiness. Capture kit numbers and locations, confirm contents against minimum requirements, verify expiry dates for antiseptic wipes and eyewash, and note that expired dressings need not be replaced unless packaging is opened or damaged. For AEDs, record monthly operational checks and confirm battery and pad life. Log missing items and generate actions to order replacements.
