EMT Truck Check

This EMT truck check helps crews verify ambulance readiness before each shift. It covers exterior damage and cleanliness, full lighting suite, door locks, lift operation, tire condition, and required safety equipment. Inside, it guides engine and generator fluid checks, cab documentation and safety items, siren and climate controls, and overall cleanliness. The patient compartment section inventories BLS bag, immobilizers, long board, oxygen and medical air cylinders, and sealed cabinets with pediatric and neonatal supplies, IV fluids, collars, PPE, ventilation circuits, and disposables. It includes defibrillator operational checks, drug refrigerator temperature, readiness of code and medication bags, and a final safety attestation to ensure the ambulance is safe to operate.
