This checklist helps providers of supported accommodation for young people audit and update their Statement of Purpose. It covers service categories, eligible children and age range, facilities and security, accommodation standards and adaptations, management and staffing, children's rights and entitlements, independent living skills, education, training or employment support, health and medication management, anti-discrimination, cultural and religious needs, complaints and child protection access, availability to stakeholders, review and revision requirements, CIECSS notifications, and ensuring the service operates in line with the statement.
