This CASDAP PE 16 Occupational Health assessment helps organizations evaluate compliance and performance of their occupational health program. It covers written medical surveillance and SOPs, enrollment based on industrial hygiene surveys, recordkeeping requirements, budget execution and resource alignment, use of data for trend analysis, staffing and training adequacy, and collaboration with key stakeholders such as Safety, Industrial Hygiene, HR, State Surgeon, and OHAC.
