Deze Nederlandstalige checklist ondersteunt een tweejaarlijks bedrijfsbezoek in een laboratoriumomgeving. De inhoud richt zich op nood- en evacuatieplanning, brandveiligheid (blusmiddelen, detectie, compartimentering), vrije en gesignaleerde vluchtwegen en noodverlichting. Ze behandelt hygiëne, orde en netheid, struikel- en uitglijrisico’s, ergonomie en toegangscontrole. Voor chemische agentia komen zuurkastwerking, etikettering, opslag en compatibiliteit aan bod; voor biologische agentia de bioveiligheidskast en opslagrichtlijnen. Verder omvat de lijst procedures voor arbeidsongevallen, prikincidenten en EHBO, inclusief verantwoordelijkheden, uitrusting en periodieke evaluaties. De checklist is bedoeld als visuele inspectie en gesprekshulpmiddel binnen het voorziene tijdsbestek.
