This wastewater manhole condition inspection template helps utility and council teams assess the condition of MH structures. Capture location and access details, lid and frame integrity, wall material and condition, step irons or ladder status, benching quality, and incoming lines. Identify infiltration type and extent, corrosion depth, backdrops, tree root intrusion, and potential trip or ponding hazards.
