This Volumetric Site Surveys V2 template supports utility teams in documenting volumetric control cabinets and associated flow control valves across network sites. Capture site identifiers, valve type and position feedback, visual asset health ratings HI1 to HI5, and details of pneumatic over-ride controllers with photos. Record cabinet condition, system age, I P converter type and range, and whether the auto manual station is positioned before or after over-rides. For FCV1 streams, document RTU type and whether electronic high low over-rides are configured, with supporting photos. Include general comments for isolated assets or other notes.
