Use this Underground Electrical Inspection Form to assess underground power distribution assets. Capture location, levelness, pad or vault and enclosure condition, external and internal signage, equipment ID and access. Record bushings, IR testing, pressure relief valve status, oil or gas level, grounding and ground rods, looped and bonded neutrals, primary and secondary bushings, arresters, conductors, secondary conductors, and all connections.
