Red Energy Warranty Card for Installations
by Eon Geldenhuys, from the Community
Complete the Red Energy Warranty Card with every installation to record customer and installer details, reseller and branch information, and key system data. Capture system type selections such as borehole or pressure pumps, residential or commercial grid tie, off-grid, and battery backup. Log serial numbers for inverters, solar panels, batteries, motors, and pump control boxes. Document utility readings, wiring and fuse connections, battery voltage, string counts and voltages, and attach panel installation photos. Finish with commissioning checks, including CarbonTrack status and serial, to ensure traceability and warranty support.
