Use this checklist to assess propane storage areas and onsite fueling stations for safety and compliance. Verify tanks are upright or secured in racks, empty cylinders stored correctly, and damaged tanks red tagged. Confirm NFPA signage is visible, emergency shutoff switches are accessible, and no smoking signs are posted. Check that pump handles are locked, hoses are intact, windshield washer fluid is filled, and spill kits are present and stocked. Ensure spill cleanup is completed, areas are free of debris, and all tank caps are intact.
