Pre-Heat Installation Projects Audit Checklist

Use this audit checklist to verify new pre-heat system installations against G17 and SCO requirements for gas networks. Capture project identifiers (G17, NRO), installation company and personnel, and audit type. Confirm presence of the full G17 project file and Parts A–F, approved NRP, and a Competent Person in control. Check end-to-end test sheets, EL/6 electrical isolations, and that works follow the approved G17 design. Record results of electrical and hazardous area inspections, competency of installers, and completion of commissioning. Validate availability and submission of As Built drawings to Statutory Records, ensure marked-up drawings are left on site, and that E&I asset data is collected via the ADC template. Note site condition, sign-offs (G17 Parts D and E, NRP sections), and any additional comments.
