This UPS weekly inspection checklist helps ensure critical uninterruptible power supplies remain operational. Inspect the environment and cooling, confirm the server room or rack is clean and within 20 to 26 degrees Celsius, and check input and output voltage, output frequency, and both room and device temperatures. Review alarm indicators and logs, capture photos if needed, and verify battery charge levels and automatic mode. Confirm the unit is correctly mounted, connected to essential power, free of visual or audible warnings, and powered on. Record load percentage, document any issues or corrective actions, and sign off with date and time.
