Offshore Tank Container On-Hire Inspection Report

This on-hire inspection template helps verify the readiness and compliance of offshore tank containers before rental or deployment. Capture asset details such as owner number, manufacturer serial, MAWP, capacity, and manufacturer. Record certification history including last periodic test, PRV test, and NDE of padeyes. Inspect data plates, sling sets and shackles, vacuum readings, tank and frame condition, process valves and PRVs, gauges and pressure readings, and other service equipment like vaporisers and vacuum ports. Attach photographic evidence, review contents charts and P&ID, and add comments to document findings for 10 and 12 ft tanks.
