This mobile generator maintenance checklist supports annual electrical inspection and routine servicing for mobile generation plant. It covers engine and alternator checks with the engine stopped, including windings, AVR, terminals, wiring looms, oil and coolant levels, belts, mounts, and fire extinguisher status. Control panel tasks include wiring integrity, meters, lamp tests, six-monthly RCD testing, generator circuit breaker operation, CAN bus terminations, switch functions, MEN connection, output voltage tests, and battery float and charge readings with engine on and off (solar). The template also includes canopy, cable cabinet, and equipment box inspections, Powerlock connections and cable wear, labelling and signage, earthing continuity, lubrication of locks and hinges, bund and cleanliness checks, manuals and log book verification, fuel card validity, and protection checks such as coolant level interlocks and emergency stop tests.
