Conduct a thorough monthly inspection of LEG swab rigs with this checklist. Verify site signage, housekeeping, PPE, JSEA completion, and lockout tagout readiness. Inspect carrier cab, tires, brakes, lights, mirrors, and leaks. Check fire protection equipment and storage. Assess hoisting applications, sheaves, hooks, and guards. Perform wire rope checks for kinks, flats, broken strands, corrosion, and damage. Review mast and hydraulic systems for cracks, fatigue, and leaks. Capture notes and photos, record defects, and sign off corrective actions.
