Use this inspection checklist to confirm correct installation of solar PV upper structures. Verify structural condition, bolt torque within manufacturer ranges, design compliance, and alignment of columns, beams, and tables. Check height differences between east and west tables, inclination around 10 degrees plus or minus 1 degree using a calibrated digital level, and ensure no stress on joints. Inspect for corrosion, and confirm any drilled frames are treated properly. Requires calibrated torque wrench and review of drawings.
