Verifica documentación del vehículo y conductor (SOAT, licencias, SCTR, OSINERGMIN), EPP obligatorio y condiciones de seguridad críticas y no críticas para tractos, remolques y cisternas: parabrisas, sistema hidráulico, batería, neumáticos, extintores, señalización NFPA 704 y UN 1075, puesta a tierra, luces, alarmas, cuñas, conos y kit de derrames. Incluye registro fotográfico, resultado de inspección y firmas. Referenciado a normativa peruana DS 027-94-EM, DS 058-2003-MTC y DS 043-2007-EM.
