Lista de verificación para inspeccionar unidades que ingresan a la planta de envasado de GLP en Solgas Trujillo. Incluye revisión de documentación del vehículo y conductor (SOAT, revisión técnica, registro Osinergmin, póliza de responsabilidad civil, licencias), chequeo de EPP obligatorio, y control de condiciones críticas del vehículo: parabrisas y espejos, fugas en sistemas, batería, neumáticos, escape, cinturones. Considera equipos de emergencia y seguridad (extintores ABC, botiquín, kit de derrames, cuñas, conos, láminas reflectivas) y criterios de conformidad para permitir o restringir el ingreso. Registra resultados, responsables y firmas cumpliendo normativa aplicable del MTC y EM para actividades de hidrocarburos.
