Use this grass cutting checklist to plan and document grounds maintenance on solar farms and similar sites. Capture site details, dates, and personnel, review access and pre maintenance issues, and assess ground and drainage conditions. Check security fence and internal roads for hazards and note any shading of panels from trees or branches. Specify machinery, vegetation height, and areas to cut such as under panels, perimeter, headlands, and outside the fence.
