Foundation Management Check

This Foundation Management Check helps supervisors and teams verify that foundation work is planned and executed safely, especially on wind turbine sites. Use it to confirm safe access, headcount and competencies, GATW validity, LMRA completion, and that a pre-shift briefing or toolbox talk has been held. Ensure RAMS or other safe system of work documents are on-site. Verify welfare arrangements, first aid equipment and assessments, and clear emergency routes to the muster point. Identify and control hazards such as work at height, lifting operations, dropped objects, housekeeping and cable management. Confirm mandatory PPE and harness use. Capture notes, photos (e.g., GATW number), and any other observations for a complete, auditable record.
